Congresswoman Ashley Hinson has been sworn in to continue representing Iowa's Second District in the 119th Congress. In a statement released after the ceremony, Hinson expressed her commitment to serving her constituents with her family present during the swearing-in.

"This afternoon, I was officially sworn in to serve Iowans for the 119th Congress with my family by my side," said Hinson.

She emphasized her motivation for running for Congress, highlighting her role as a mother and her dedication to improving the future for children. "I ran for Congress because I’m a mom – Max and Jax are my entire world. I’m a mom fighting for other moms who want to create the best possible future for their children," she stated.

Hinson also mentioned her focus on supporting working families, veterans, small business owners, and farmers in Iowa. She expressed concern about challenges faced under President Joe Biden's administration and reiterated her commitment to "Make America Great Again."

"Representing Iowa's Second Congressional District is the greatest honor of my lifetime, and I am humbled Iowans have entrusted me to once again be their voice in Congress. Let’s get to work!" she concluded.
