Washington, D.C. - Today, Congresswoman Ashley Hinson released the following statement on the anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks.
"23 years ago, terrorists tried to bring America to our knees, but they failed. While we grieve the thousands of innocent American lives lost, we also remember the countless examples of heroism, bravery, and patriotism amid the September 11th attacks. We saw the worst of humanity that day, but we also saw the best of America – first responders who carried out rescue missions, volunteers who ran toward danger to help, and the brave Americans on Flight 93 who sacrificed their own lives to save countless others.
