Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-02) announced the winner of the 2024 Congressional Art Competition for Iowa’s Second District, Victoria Humiston. Victoria is a senior at Vinton-Shellsburg High in Vinton, IA. Her winning piece, One Acre, will hang in the U.S. Capitol.
"Congratulations to Victoria on her winning this year's Congressional Art Competition for Iowa's Second Congressional District with her piece that was inspired by her uncle's farm. Victoria is a talented young artist, and I'm excited for her artwork to be displayed in the Capitol," stated Congresswoman Ashley Hinson.
