Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (R-IA-02) has partnered with House Republican Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY-21) to introduce a bicameral resolution that designates October 10th as 'American Girls in Sports Day'. This initiative has also been echoed in the Senate, where Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) introduced similar legislation.
In her remarks on the resolution, Congresswoman Hinson stated, "Biological men should not be allowed to compete in girls' sports at any level, and female athletes should never be relegated to second place because they're forced to compete against a man. As President Joe Biden and the woke Left try to erase women, this resolution will honor female athletes who are passionate about their sports, train hard, and deserve recognition."
