The Management for New Managers series is designed for those new to management and those who wish to move into a management role. We will cover a number of important topics, including what it means to be a manager, the importance of delegation and performance management, accountability, and understanding how to act appropriately in a management role.
The sessions will be held from 8:30 to 11:30 AM on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. The series runs for seven months, and training is held at the Mount Mercy CRST International Graduate Center. The total cost for all 14 sessions will be $1,100/person.
