On Monday, July 18, 2022, LL Pelling will begin work on three mobilizations for the 2022 Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Resurfacing Project.
Mobilization #1. Work will begin in the northbound lanes of 10th Street between 10th Avenue/Central Avenue and McGowan Blvd. During this work, the northbound traffic will be detoured using Central Avenue and Boyson Road. Southbound traffic will allowed to proceed as normal. Flaggers will be present to assist traffic during the construction hours.
Mobilization #2. Work will begin in the eastbound lanes of 10th Avenue between 31st Street and 35th Street. During this work, the eastbound traffic will be detoured using 31st Street, McGowan Boulevard, and 35th Street. Westbound traffic will allowed to proceed as normal. Flaggers will be present to assist traffic during the construction hours.
Mobilization #3. Work will begin in both lanes of Northview Drive between 24th Avenue and 27th Avenue. This section of roadway will be closed to through traffic during this time. Flaggers will be present to assist local traffic during the construction hours.
This work is expected to take two weeks, weather dependent. Additional notices will be sent as the project progresses.
