Join us in celebrating Mount Mercy's own Hannah Saltmarsh during the 2021 Visiting Writer Series! Enjoy a poetry workshop during the day, then come back for a reading in the evening.

About the Author
Hannah Saltmarsh is the author of the poetry collection, Hysterical Water (Univ of Georgia Press), and a book of poetry criticism. She's published essays and poems in The American Poetry Review, The Yale Review, Feminist Studies, and other journals.
She is the mother of three children, and lives in Cedar Rapids. She is an assistant professor of English at Mount Mercy University where she teaches courses in American literature, creative writing, composition, and diversity studies.
