PRFoundation a charitable organization created by 2 Chefs that went to culinary school together. The intention of the PRFoundation is helping veterans, people with disabilities, and no-kill animal shelters with elderly pet adoption focus.
On Sunday July 25th, 10 am start, the 1-Mile fun run will be ran in downtown Cedar Rapids starting and finishing at Need Pizza, a sponsor of the event. Participants will eat a slice of pizza run a 1/2 mile loop, drink a craft beer supplied by Big Grove Brewery, and finish the second 1/2 mile! Kauder Race Results another sponsor of the run will be bib chip timing the mile.
Eastern Iowa Endodontics will be sponsoring the 100 free gift bags for the first 100 runners to register for the race! The PRFoundation is underwriting the entire event so all registration fees can be donated to The Freedom Foundation and Critter Crusaders of Cedar Rapids.
