Central City home prices fell in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Central City fell by $124,250 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 49.8% decrease over the $249,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Central City in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
