June 2021: Fairfax experienced a 11.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Fairfax rose by $21,999 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,000 - a 11.3% increase over the $195,001 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Fairfax in June 2020.
