Home prices increased in Cedar Rapids during April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Cedar Rapids rose by $2,000 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 224 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 1.3% increase over the $153,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 182 homes sold in Cedar Rapids in April 2020.
