City of Belle Plaine issued the following announcement on Mar. 25.
ATTENTION BELLE PLAINE RESIDENTS CONCERNING GARBAGE SERVICE:
Until further notice the following rules will be in place:
A. No loose items in the trash. Everything has to be bagged for the protection of the workers.
B. No bulk item pick-up for now, so workers don’t have to touch things.
For the time being our recycling program will continue.
