Quilt Show
Is cancelled
Due to health concerns about the spread of the coronavirus disease, the Kalona Quilt Show and Sale has been cancelled for April 23 to 24, according to Show organizers Brenda Herington and Katie Karnes.
Both encourage people to plan to attend next year’s show April 22 to 24 at the Kalona YMCA.
Soup Supper postponed
The Kalona Historical Society Soup Supper scheduled for March 26 has been postponed to a future date. Watch this page and the Kalona newspaper for an announcement on that date.
East Egg Hunt postponed
The Easter Egg Hunt planned for the Kalona Historical Village for April 11 has been postponed to a date to be announced later.
