Jones County Iowa is hosting the Great Jones County Fair once again.
This year will be bigger than the last, as along with the fair, the Jones County is also hosting two more events, incuding RAGBRAI and a cross-state Biking event.
Tens of thousands of people are coming to Jones County so that they can be a part of these events and experience their splendor. This does lead to some level of security issues though, which Jones County has adequately cared for as this is not the first time events have coincided, according to KCRG.
“Having two large events in opposite sides of the county essentially will create a unique challenge, but with the experience everybody has, I think people should feel secure in the fact that we will be able to provide a stable and safe environment," Jones County Rep. Greg Graver said.
