Central City home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Central City rose by $77,224 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,500 - a 153.6% increase over the $50,277 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Central City in December 2018.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for December 2019.
