Palo home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Palo rose by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $231,750 - a 13.7% increase over the $203,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Palo in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Palo for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,969, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
