Coggon home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Coggon fell by $22,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,250 - a 30.3% decrease over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Coggon in February 2016.
