Robins home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Robins rose by $20,200 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,200 - a 8.7% increase over the $231,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Robins in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Robins for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,496, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
