The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Marion rose by $20,540 while total sales decreased by 3.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Springville fell by $7,750 while total sales increased by 50%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Cedar Rapids rose by $2,500 while total sales increased by 5.9%.
